Azam Basti ((ウルドゥー語: اعظم بستی )) is one of the neighbourhoods of Jamshed Town in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.〔(Jamshed Town - Government of Karachi )〕 There are several ethnic groups in Azam Basti including Muhajirs, Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, Seraikis, Pakhtuns, Balochis, Memons, Bohras, Ismailis, etc. Over 90% of the population is Muslim. The population of Jamshed Town is estimated to be nearly one million. Azam Basti contains a vibrant Christian population represented by the Catholic parish of St Paul. Mostly People of Azam Basti are very humble Nature and love each other. but after unauthorized populated , which are established in inside of KDA, hereafter this tension are increased day by day.
